Registration Fee:
$40 per individual, $55 per family
*This is a one-time, annual fee due at time of registration.
Tuition:
Tuition is based on a full session rate and evenly divided by 9 months (Sept-May).
Tuition is the same for all months, regardless of the number of weeks in each month.
DANCE/CHEER/TUMBLE CLASSES - monthly tuition pricing
30 minutes - $40
45 minutes - $55
60 minutes - $65
DANCE COMPANY CLASSES - by invite only. Speak with Mica for more information.
Tuition is due during the first week of each month.
A late fee of $15 will be charged if tuition payment is received after the 15th.
***Students will dropped from classes if their account is more than one month delinquent.***
*FAMILY DISCOUNT:
When a family enrolls two or more students in classes at Studio MOVE!,
they will receive a 10% discount on the monthly tuition.
*MULTIPLE CLASS DISCOUNT:
When a student is enrolled in more than one class,
he/she will receive a $5 discount for each additional class.
*PAID IN FULL DISCOUNT:
If you choose to pay your child’s tuition in full for the semester (Sept-Dec/Jan-May),
or year (Sept-May) you will receive a 10% discount.
Tuition can be paid by cash, check (made to Studio MOVE!) - place in drop box outside the office.
You can also pay by credit card or automatic bill pay (processing fees applied) through your parent portal.
RETURNED CHECKS: There is a $20 charge for returned checks.
AttenDANCE:
Notice that the word DANCE is in the word attendance. Attendance is crucial for your child to get the full benefit of the classes offered at Studio MOVE! In order to achieve great things and progress forward in learning, attendance is imperative. Please notify Mica by email or phone if your child will be absent.
Withdraw Policy:
Class sizes will be limited at Studio MOVE! If you choose to withdraw from a class, your spot will be opened up to another student on the waiting list. You will not be able to return to that class until the next open registration date is available – at the time in which you choose to return to classes, you will be placed on the waiting list if there is one in place.
If you wish to withdraw from class -
it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to do so online or contact Mica to have your child dropped.
If you do not give notice, your account will continue to be charged monthly tuition
and you will be required to pay your balance.
There will be no refunds of tuition.
Waiting List:
Prospective students will be added to a waiting list when spots are unavailable in Studio MOVE! classes. This list will remain as is for one year. At the beginning of each new session (August), a new list will be created for that session.
Class Count:
If less than 6 students enroll in a class, that class may be subject to cancellation.
*All classes are subject to change if necessary.
Class Attire :
Students should wear appropriate shoes and clothing for dance and tumbling classes. For all classes, please do not wear baggy clothing or any other type of clothing that will inhibit movement.

APPAREL:
Although we do not have a dress code, we do require that students wear "dance" clothing for dance classes and athletic clothing for cheer and tumble classes. Should you have questions regarding this, please ask!
Jeans/jean shorts not allowed!
HAIR SHOULD ALWAYS BE SECURED AWAY FROM THE FACE!
BEHAVIOR:
In order that all classes are fully productive and fun for all, students are expected to listen and learn with respect and kindness for both the teacher and fellow students.
Student Drop Off and Pick Up: Students 5 yrs and older may be dropped off no earlier than 5 minutes prior to their class time. Preschool students should have a parent on location during classes. All parents should plan to pick their child up directly at the end of their class. Please remember, we keep a tight schedule at Studio MOVE!
We are unable to watch children whose parents haven't picked them up.
PARENTS: Parents are always welcome to view classes from our viewing windows; however, if you notice that your child is paying more attention to you than to their teacher, please step away from the window.
We want all students to benefit fully from their class experience.
***We also ask parents to please take their child to the bathroom BEFORE class.***
Make-up Classes:
Should a class be cancelled for any reason, there will be a make-up class offered. If your child misses their regular class for a specified reason, you may request to take another class as a make-up - this must be approved through Mica.
RECITAL:
Studio MOVE! will have a spring recital each year. All students are expected and encouraged to perform. The recital is traditionally on the 3rd Saturday in May, with dress rehearsals on Wed-Friday of that week
at the Groesbeck High School Auditorium.
Fees for the recital are as follows:
COSTUMES:
Costume fee per class/costume for all sizes is $80.
Payment for costumes will be divided into two payments.
$40 deposit is due on December 15th and the $40 balance is due by January 31st.
Costume Fees are non-refundable.
Recital Fee: $40 per family, due by April 15th.
This fee allows students to invite as many guests as they wish to come watch for FREE!
COMMUNICATION:
All information for Studio MOVE! will be communicated through email, Groupme app, the website, Facebook/Instagram, monthly newsletters and posted info in the lobby. Please take time to read the information given to you at all times.
